About Me

I am a solid, dynamic professional who has accumulated a plethora of experience leading teams in Fortune 50 to Fortune 500 companies in various industries. Throughout my career I have gained key learning's and experiences relative to innovative/strategic thinking, building new teams/recruiting talent, and improving the customer experience. Motivating, mentoring and leading employees to tackle critical business goals, delivering value to the firm and enjoying our shared success is and has always been my leadership mantra. I love being around entrepreneurial thinkers and those that sincerely appreciate life and learning. Relative to my career, it's my goal to maintain a viable leadership role with Customer Service/Operations, Client Services or Business Operations that would afford flexibility, autonomy, and innovative thinking. Outside of work I love to travel, attend Jazz concerts and play golf.
